Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I always wanted more for myself. After graduating with my Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2014, I moved to Boston, Massachusetts to pursue a Masters of Public Health degree in Epidemiology. It was there that I learned more about the importance of data and information and my career in analytics began.

Before moving back to Louisiana, I explored other parts of the country, but nothing quite felt like home like the Crescent City. Louisiana’s tech economy is booming and I’m so grateful I get to be a part of the transition. In 2025, I finished my MBA in Financial Analytics and launched my own consulting firm, Will+Ford - providing analytic and technical solutions to businesses located in the Gulf South region of the country.

When I’m not running my company, I’m volunteering, shopping or spending time with my friends and family.
